4) You will receive a confirmation email from LUSH, detailing your purchase item and total amount - plus the shipping costs
5) Payment Method: Direct Bank deposit or Online Bank Transfer within 3 days after you have received the confirmation email for your order
6) Finally, please email the banking details to us

- Cancellations or amendments are not allowed after orders are placed
-Items will arrive in about 20 days time after our orders are placed and finalised with supplier. Please allow 20 days or more to arrive you. This is only an estimation. It depends on the location as well
-A full refund will be made if items are out-of-stock
-WE will not responsible for lost mails. Therefore, Registered mail is recommended

- Some fabrics are stretchable, pls allow about 2cm discrepancy for measurements stated due to different ways of measurement
- Colour may not be the same as you seen at your computer due to monitor resolution
